The Subscriber certifies that the viewing, reading, and/or downloading of the images from this online service does not violate the community standards of subscriber's locality, city, town, state, municipal, province, country or other community to which Subscriber belongs, resides and/or from which he may, from time to time, view this material, and that the Subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and is responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from such actions or activities.

The Subscriber purchase, viewing of Adult Video is not in violation of any local or state laws. The Subscriber is not a city, state, or federal law enforcement officer, nor is The Subscriber an inspector of the US postal service, ordering this material with the intention of using such material as evidence for the prosecution or harassment of any individuals or organization. Until JAV Collections is notified, by electronic or conventional mail, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

By the payment of the subscription fee for the Providers service (the "Service"), you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the provision of the service. This agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each subscriber. The material on the Service is for the private entertainment of subscribers only.

JAV Collections reserves the right to terminate the provision of its Service to the subscriber at any time without cause and notice.

The subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of its place of access to the service. Any action that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material and images contained within the Service is the responsibility of the subscriber and the subscriber indemnifies the Provider in all respects from any action which may result from the subscribers access to the service.

JAV Collections is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber or by any person or persons use of the subscribers credit card facility.

JAV Collections reserves the full right to terminate subscriptions immediately without notice and without refund if a Download Bot (offline web agents), spider is detected. Such 'bots' include programs such as GetBot, Picaloader, Teleport Pro, HTTrack, and or, other similar software.

Notices to the JAV Collections subscribers may be given by electronic messages.

Subscriber indemnifies JAV Collections against any and all claims, and will not hold JAV Collections responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of fraudulent entry or the use of this service and material contained herein.

JAV Collections is not and will not be responsible for compatability of online content with the Subscriber particular computer or entertainment system; interruptions or discontinuances of services; causes intentionally by JAV Collections including periodical system hardware and software upgrades, system reconfiguration, or by factors beyond its control; including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, system administration conflicts, negligence, strikes, or acts of nature or god. Please be aware that the "Internet" or any wide-area communications network may become inoperable from time to time due to unforeseeable factors that are beyond the control of JAV Collections.

Images herein may have been obtained from sources that did not bear any rights to them. As a result, any copyrights that may exist on the respective images are unknown. JAV Colletions uses these images with no intent to infringe upon any copyrights that may exist. At the creators option, JAV Collections will state the copyrights and/or credits of any of these respective images, or refrain from the use of these images. Despite best efforts, unintentional mistakes may be made, so if you notice anything in JSexNetwork that does not comply with copyright or other restrictions, please contact us and the situation will be quickly rectified.

Subscriber certifies to be neither a member nor agent nor representative of any law-enforcement or postal agency or body, at the local, county, state, federal, international or any other jurisdictional level, seeking to entrap JAV Collections, its affiliates, or principals thereof. Moreover, Subscriber warrants that, if meeting the preceding criteria, Subscriber is not protected by prosecutorial immunity or any other legal arrangements permitting him to misrepresent the implied or express intentions of his membership.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and JAV Collections regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice given by JAV Collections to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
